We’re pleased to provide a link to the recently released Strategic Plan for St. Paul’s School.
Strategic planning efforts are process driven, and they begin with listening tour that provides a sense of what type of plan would suit the institution best. For some, the “strategic plan” is more of a framework for operational alignment designed to foster strategic thinking, but for others (like St. Paul’s) the plan takes a more traditional form.
Whatever form the plan takes, it’s critical that it serve as true guidance for the institution—not just a shopping list for a campaign. Most importantly, we feel that if a plan has any hope of coming to fruition, it needs to be structured in a way that facilitates its use—and that starts with concision.
